Water broke at 29 weeks and 6 days😓so scared of what’s to come

My water broke over 24 hours ago and I’ve made it to now 30 weeks with no signs of labor from me or baby girl. I’ve been given antibiotics and steroids to help her stay put and develop more. I will now be on bed rest in the hospital for the next 4 weeks if we can get her to wait that long, which we definitely want but being in the hospital that long is terrifying and not being at home able to fully prepare everything for her. I thought I had plenty of time but I was wrong 🙁 Luckily she is currently in the 78th percentile on weight so she’s already coming in at 4 lbs. I’ve had the easiest pregnancy with no complications and never even heard of water breaking before active labor but seems to be more common then I thought according to all the doctors here. The hospital I am at has one of the top NICUs in Texas and ranks nationally so I am in the best place I could possibly be.
